RWAS spring pics

This visit to the sanctuary was a while ago, things are warmer and greener up there now.

We're gearing up for the first Art for the Animals auction actually AT River's Wish, and it's going to be so great.  Friday, July 19th.  We're holding the auction and dinner in the barn - just look at that photo and think "less hay, more lights and people and fun."

White Cat Pink show

Cousin "White Cat Pink" came to play a show in Spokane.  When he was done with his set, pretty much everyone in the bar wanted their picture taken with him; they also wanted to know when he'd be back to play again.

Sweater for baby E

My friend refers to her new daughter as "homegirl," and this will never, ever fail to make me smile.

This is her sweater, which judging from Homegirl's growing little self in my friend's FB posts, may actually fit her by now.  (Ha, just in time for summer in Las Vegas.  Perfect!)

For the record, the last photo of the Hubs and Freya was taken BY the Hubs and Freya - I was still at work.  Had I been home, I would have 1) nagged him out of getting that close to the moose/far from the back door, and 2) got a better shot.

She ate our grapes and is now napping behind the garage.  I'm holding my breath and hoping that when she wanders off, it will be in the direction of the river, rather than the busy road.  Think good thoughts.
